At just 27 years of age I was diagnosed and suffering from Fibromyalgia Syndrome (FMS). This is a debilitating musculoskeletal disorder, experiencing undiagnosed depression, chronic fatigue, low self esteem, and at times just not wanting to go on. I had a 9 month old daughter and felt like I was just coping, working part time just to pay for my medical bills and visits to the physio and musculoskeletal doctor for injections that really hurt and made little difference to the pain or my increasing fears, confusion and I was left wondering ' is this how my life is going to be forever' ? I was angry and frustrated and I didn't understand who I was or why and I sinking deeper and deeper. These treatments were only a band-aid, cost me tons of money and sitting in waiting rooms with other sick, stuck and depressed people.
What was the cause, I wanted some answers. At times I felt lost, stuck, misunderstood as no-one could see my pain. I did my hair, put on makeup, dressed well, yet often felt no hope and severely depressed and as I awoke each morning, my first thought was ‘when can I go back to bed’ and ‘how will I get through this day, and ‘why bother, what’s the use’, coupled with ‘I am a bad mother cause I am always tired and in pain’ and ‘I am not good enough’. What a mess! Yet I had a sense that there was more to my life than this, I just had to find out what. LIttle did I know as I look back now in review that this was a huge awakening and growth time for me. A wake up call so to speak as I was asking Spiriit to help and guide me - even though at the time I did not know I was doing this. My prayers were answered.
How BodyTalk came into my life - an Awakening
In March of 1997 I was introduced to BodyTalk and after a series of sessions I noticed a great improvement in my energy levels and changes to my emotion wellbeing. Because I had more energy, I was happier and I had a sense of peace and the inner knowing that I was going to be OKAY and be able to move forward. Now at first I did not really understand how it worked or how my body could heal itself, but I knew it was working as I was so much happier and lighter. So I decided not to analyse it, I felt great and so I trusted the process. After many sessions over time I really regained my love for life back. I have always had this deeper sense of wanting all things wonderful and beautiful for my friends and family and ultimately humanity, so I shared BT with everyone and then without even planning it.....I did some Modules and became a CBP - Certified Practitioner.
My Metamorphisis and the Birth of Heart and Soul Sessions - the next Awakening
Over the past 5 or more years many other dynamic forms of Energy and Vibrational healing tools came into my life and my Heart & Soul Transformed into a new phase of my journey as I seemed to TAP INTO my own Healing Gifts, Intuitive Abilities and more. This journey with BodyTalk awakened so much for me, as well as the personal growth, my spiritual journey opened up (little did I realise from the moment I was born I was already a divine spiritual being in a physical body just as you are too).
A depth of Intuitive connections and abilities started to surface and I had no idea they were apart of me. I was not born with the so called pyschic gene or clairvoyant abilities, to be able to know things about people and feel and sense others emotions and see energy blocks or past lives patterns. It unfolded during times of crisis, sickness and pain and through learning to love myself and get in touch with the bigger picture of being in this Life. I also have had a lot of healing and done a lot of 'work' on myself. I had/have a huge zest for learning, healing, energy and vibrational tools and over the past 10 years I have worked with and developed and fallen in love with some wonderful tools and some beautiful services I now offer to clients have unfolded

Whilst still offering and loving BodyTalk sessions for clients, I also offer the option of Heart and Soul Sessions for those who wish to explore the deeper Spiritual path and allow for me to work with all the tools in my toolbox.
