What is a Heart and Soul Transformation Session ? (HSTS)

Heart and Soul Sessions are for you if wish to explore the deeper physical, emotional, mental and spiritual path and going to the core of who you truly are and what may be blocking you. When I facilitate a HSTS I work intuitively during the healing and incorporate guidance, support and connection with my knowledge and experience of Ascension, Astrological energies and my awareness of what is unfolding in the Universe.  The more you are open to 'allowing' and 'deeply healing layers of the true self, the I AM ' verses ' fixing ' and ' treating ' a pain or illness the more amazing your healing and experience may be and the more Heart and Soul Awakened you can become.  If you come along and allow for healing for your highest SOUL Empowerment and Awakening this is for you.

It is Intuitive, organic and flowing, how healing really should be, and sometimes all I am guided to do is to place my hand on your body and all the information just floods to me and there is no  need for other tools.
