Thankyou for taking the time to view our policy. We take great care in personally selecting all of the Crystals and Jewellery pre-checking for any faults before we list them on the shop.
Total price listed for each item usually includes " Registered Post" so that the item is insured. Some items such as books/cds/sage - ie items that are not fragile may not be sent registered post.
HST DOES NOT offer Refunds or if you change your mind,so please do choose carefully for yourself or for purchasing of gifts.
All references to 'healing properties' is for educational purposes only and does not represent a health/medical diagnosis, fix or cure. Seek your own professional and medical care as needed.
In the unlikely event that your JEWELLERY ITEM only is Faulty we offer a 30 day warranty.
Steps – Firstly please contact us via phone or email + you are required to email us a photo of the faulty item within 30 days and we will issue you with AN EXCHANGE Voucher or Option to choose other goods within 4 weeks(1 month)and we will cover the postage fee to the same initial postage value.
* You must also also RETURN the faulty jewellery item to HST . Address will be supplied.
*Note - an exchange will not be authorised on a jewellery item if you have dropped, broken or personally damaged the item – this will work on an honesty basis. For example- if your item has a crack fault in it, it is usually because it has been dropped or knocked hard. *** All items are thoroughly checked before listing on the Shop.
