Love your Gall Bladder - it helps you make decisions, be courageous and spiritually grow
Did you know the GB has a vital role in your Spiritual Growth and taking leaps of faith?
Every bodypart is vitally important, however I am noticing how much the GB is coming up for people during healings as we are all experiencing a lot of stress and changes in our life,and with the 'desire' to live a life that is more heart centred and careers that 'make our heart sing' is a common theme among my clients - I believe the GB is paramount to be in balance.
The more we can be aware of the 'concsiousness of our body parts' the more we can be connected to their needs and wisdom when we are feeling unwell or stuck. ( I will be holding workshops on this in 2012)
So this fabulous little green organ is located on the right hand side of your body just beside the liver under the ribcage. Its the partner to the liver and they work hand in hand to assist your digestion. A healthy balanced GB helps you heathily express anger and release resentment. The gallbladder helps you to make decisions or procrastinate if it is out of balance and it is wonderful to assist you to step into Courage and take leaps of faith when it is happy and well. Some of the following information I am sharing is from the Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective and the Gall Bladder Meridian.

So are you a good planner and organiser ( roles of the liver) but just can't seem to make a decision or get stuck in fear or anger/resentment about issues therefore paralysed and unable to move forward? Do you find yourself not being flexible with yourself and others? This also could be as a result of an unhappy GB. If you feel stuck and unable to BE courageous and take action - ie just make THAT decision, you may want to get some healing for your lovely GB.

Physical and Emotional symptoms that may surface due to an unhappy GB are pain in ankles, on sides of the body/flanks, back of head behind ear, headaches, blurred vision, migraines, nausea, bloating and upset digestion. Depression and irritability, indecisiveness, breast tenderness, sciatica, resentment and bitterness. On the other extreme of lacking courage with an imbalanced GB could see you being quite 'timid' or emotionally weak where you feel that you can't speak up or stand up for yourself and timid and nervousness in your decisions and approach to your life and relationships. WOW I bet you did not know the GB was so amazing.
Many clients that have their GB needing balancing show up in a healing is usually when they are feeling stuck, lost, tired, and uncertain about whats next in life or simply just can't seem to get past stuck issues in their life and often feel afraid to move forward yet - WANT TO MOVE FORWARD. Is this you ? Ofcourse when I am working - it is ALWAYS INTUITIVELY and your body guides me to what is necessary. Sometimes we need to balance other areas of the body or belief systems first.
