This is how I do client session days. With colour, This is how I do client session days. With colour, with joy, with fun. Although I often go deep with epigenetics recoding, brain and molecular stuff, trauma releasing and emotional healing… speaking to a clients cells and Soul… or maybe the hepatic duct of the liver, or the anguish the shoulder may be storing because it desires freedom, and is carrying too much weight of others. Maybe my clients are challenged by the looping of empathing and surrogating for the Collective, or dealing with grief and the aftermath of loss and ongoing chronic stress. Or maybe their Wei Qi has tears and holes in its protective structure and it’s letting in energies or others beliefs. Maybe they are feeling isolated and alone, and this default setting is stuck in their survival brain. Or their business feels sluggish and they are not trusting the process of their heartsong. Whatever it is, I show up with love,compassion, light and fun. Me being as in my zone as possible, as a Chalice of Light is part of the shift. Today marks an extraordinary day, a milestone for me in being alive. Perhaps I will share more on that later. For now, I’m off to assist an incredible woman navigating a cancer and who is dedicated to altering her reality and connect with her divine spark as she also works with the quantum to heal and evolve. Following the Heart is often complex. How truthful Following the Heart is often complex. How truthful is it! ……… Often as a young child we were not taught to listen to the sensations of our inner ecology. Lots of coping and adapting strategies occurred during our earliest years up to age 7. We may not know how to listen to our heart because of it’s stored traumas, beliefs, and filters. And it will beat out at rhythm of stories and lies. Just like the liver or knee or lungs, it’s a huge storage facility. Just as tainted and messy as other parts of the body. So how can we follow our heart if the heart is armoured, not trusting, in fight flight or freeze states! If it’s engulfed with grief, fear, anticipatory worrying, overstimulated with anxiety and doubts! This is often physiological rather than psychological. It’s a process of uncoiling, unshackling, un-conditioning, and coming back to a compassion that we must embody as an adult. That perhaps we’ve never known the depth of before. To support our vagus nerve and nervous system. To strengthen our body’s capacity for resilience and flexibility,as we live, love and breathe. To acknowledge trauma patterns, beliefs and life’s chapters to gain clarity, heal and resolve and I create some of the mess that is feeding into the current of the situations. We are an electrical system of dynamics. The heart is the Governor. The heart has shit to heal. It’s deeply connected to the survival brain and the nerve of Compassion : the vagus nerve. What are you being led by, and following via the current stories of your heart? Will you also follow the subtle stories and sensations of your heart? To heal, to strengthen and connect, not just mindfully : but for your physical resonance! Do you require support?
